At KnowledgeCotton Apparel, we strive for total satisfaction with every sustainable choice you make. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
